مجموعة: Farbasta
Founded in 2018, the brand creates handcrafted artisan jewellery inspired by mythology, fine art, and ancient civilizations, bringing historical influences into a contemporary context.
Using specialised techniques such as paillonné enamel, where shimmering foil is layered beneath translucent enamel, Farbasta transforms traditional artistry into jewellery with depth, radiance, and presence. These methods allow history to remain visible, not as ornament, but as part of the making itself.
Each design reflects founder Farah Bastaki’s strong sense of storytelling. Shaped by her Kuwaiti heritage, her work bridges history and individuality, combining cultural references with a distinctly modern aesthetic. The result is jewellery created with longevity in mind — pieces intended to become heirlooms rather than trends.
Farbasta’s practice is grounded in learning and refinement. From international workshops to private training in enamelling and metalsmithing, Farah has developed jewellery-making as an evolving craft. Her work speaks to heritage, artistry, and innovation, offering designs that feel both personal and enduring.
