ACH - The Hejazi Mashrabiya

One of the most renowned forms of Islamic geometric art is the Rawshan (Mashrabiya), a distinctive architectural element of the Hejaz region. This artistic tradition became widely recognized in the historic cities of Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah, where intricately crafted wooden Mashrabiyas adorned homes and buildings, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and architectural identity of the region.
