Turquoise Mountain Diffusion Collection

The TM Diffusion Collection takes its  inspiration from the Hindu Kush, a mountain range that stretches through Afghanistan. Its jagged peaks and dramatic valleys have inspired the strong linear forms of the collection, and its rich blue waters are echoed by touches of crushed lapis lazuli.

The Hindu Kush mountains are also historically significant, once providing access to the northern plains of India for such conquerors as Alexander the Great, the Mongols Genghis Khan and Timur (Tamerlane), and their descendant Babur, the first Mughal emperor.
